The New Mexico Workforce Connection, Northern Area, is funded by the Northern Area Local Workforce Development Board. Their 10 fully accessible One Stops are located in Santa Fe, Espanola, Los Alamos, Taos, Las Vegas, Mora, Raton, Farmington, Gallup, and Grants. The One Stops offer quality career and placement services to job seekers and employers throughout the 10-county area.

The New Mexico Workforce Connection collaborates with several state agencies to provide a comprehensive range of employment, training, and related services. Some of their key partners include the Department of Workforce Solutions; Public Education Department: Divisions of Vocational Rehabilitation and Adult Basic Education; Commission for the Blind; Economic Development Department; Commission on Higher Education; Job Corps; and the New Mexico Aging and Long-Term Services Department.
